LegalVanguardian ("we," "us") operates legalvanguardian.com, a technology platform where independent New Jersey-licensed attorneys list flat-fee services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal services.

What we collect

• Information you submit: if you request a consultation — your name, email, phone (optional), county, and what you tell us about your situation. If you apply as an attorney — your name, email, bar number, experience, location, and application details.
• Technical basics: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to you and show you attorneys who fit your county and situation — the choice of attorney is always yours
• To review attorney applications and run our vetting process
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform

How it's shared

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with: (1) service providers that make the site work — Cloudflare (hosting) and FormSubmit (form delivery to our inbox); (2) attorneys, only when you choose to connect with them; and (3) authorities if the law requires it.

An honest note about privilege

Information you share with the platform is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Privilege begins when you engage an attorney directly. Please share with us only what you're comfortable sharing with a matching service.

Retention & your choices

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing legalvanguardian@gmail.com.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. The site is not directed to anyone under 18. If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
